Sunday 29th November

Discerning Ladies and Honourable Gentlemen!

Dust off your tweeds, wax that moustache and gather your courage! The Whisky Picnic is back, and our most ambitious adventure to date takes us to London on Sunday 29th November 2015.

Join us as we toast the end of Movember and embark on a voyage of Scotch flavoured discovery on the South Bank. Get down early from 4pm for ‘spiritual enlightenment” – brush up on your whisky wisdom with tasting sessions and talks from the distillers and blenders themselves.

And then, as darkness falls and the cocktail hour approaches at 6pm, some of London’s finest bartenders including Mr Lyan (crowned International Bartender of the Year 2015) show us there’s more to Scotch than meets the ice.

Upon arrival guests will receive a “Passport” and the now famous enamel Whisky Picnic Mug: then the exploration begins. Expect music, merriment, plenty of food and drink and prizes for best dressed, best mo and more. As such, don your finest tweeds for the occasion!

We’re delighted to be co hosting the event with The Movember Foundation. All proceeds from the £20 ticket price flow directly to this great cause whose incredible work inspires us to pull this experience together from time to time. We also thank our partner brands whose donations and efforts make this event possible.

What you need for the picnic

WHISKY – And of course, what its all about. What would a picnic be without a fine dram? But don’t pop the cork as soon as you arrive, we’ve got plans for that bad boy (EDINBURGH EVENT ONLY).

TWEEDS – A practical and stylish choice of clothing, tweeds are not only necessary, but mandatory.

LIP TICKLER – All attendees must sport a moustache (That means you too ladies). All in aid of our brothers at Movember, a very honourable charity. Those caught on the night without a suitable lip tickler will be forced one upon them.
